Pennine Home Inspections Ltd are a locally based company primarily serving the towns and villages on the border of West Yorkshire and Lancashire.

I personally qualified with a Diploma in Home Inspection in July 2007 after completing an 18 month course provided by ABBE, in association with the University of the West of England. During this time I completed over 100 inspections on properties varying in ages, size and build whilst working for an established local estate agent. My training was controlled and regulated by the BRE (Building Research Establishment) who are also my accreditation body.

The aim of Pennine Home Inspections Ltd is to provide a reliable local service at competitive prices whilst never compromising on quality and efficiency. We will turnaround an EPC within 48 hours of carrying out the inspection and a HCR (including an EPC) within 72 hours.
